Current Openings
Software Engineers:
Automate ticket creation process by using JIRA and Service Manager tools. Participate in deployment & Software upgrade releases. Perform API testing (SOAP and REST) using Postman and SoapUI technologies. Execute test plans and test cases using Python Scripting. Involve in like Code merge, code build, scheduling builds, resolve build issues, deployment of code, configuration of servers and manage code branches.
Requirements:- Primary worksite is Farmington Hills, MI, but relocation is possible.
- Master degree in Computer Science or related with 6 months experience as Software/System Engineer or Intern or Consultant.
Software Engineers:
Validate, and execute algorithms, applications that answer applied research and business questions. Maintain advance reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions for users to analyze data. End-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards. Perform statistical analysis of Data with R and Python using regression modeling.
Requirements:- Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related with 6 months experience as Analyst or Software Engineer or Developer or IT Consultant.
- Accept bachelor with 5yr exp as Master.
SQL/ETL Developer
Develop Tables, Views, Stored Procedures and Triggers using SQL Server Management Studio 2019. Create databases and schema objects including tables, indexes, and applied constraints, and written functions, stored procedures, and triggers. Write stored procedures for the Application development using T-SQL. Develop SSIS packages using Derived Column, Conditional split, Script Task, Merge, FTP task and Multicast. Work on migration of SQL objects, SSIS packages and SQL Agent Jobs from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2019 version. Optimization and performance tuning of long running SQL queries by using execution plans report, indexes, statistics for optimal maintenance of daily jobs cycle.
Requirements:- Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering with 6 months experience as Software/System Engineer or Intern or Consultant.
Software Engineer
Install, configure and optimize POS (Point of Sale) switchboards (24 port) and hotspots for lab environment. Verify Connex to RTS (Chip Card Transaction (EMV), Apple Pay, Swipe, Gift Card, OTC) migration. Responsible for REST API testing using SOAP UI & Postman tool. Track User stories and team progress using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS). Use website analytics tools such as Omniture/Adobe Analytics. Perform Restful Web Services automation testing using Rest Assured, TestNG.
Requirements:- Minimum Education: Master degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Experiance: 6 months as Software/System Engineer or Consultant.
Programmer Analyst
Analyzing Information , C, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Requirements, Software Development Process.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Application Developer
As a Application Developer, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
System Administrator
Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting a company's computer systems. Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments.In addition to performing Helpdesk duties the Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining servers and network systems including installations, maintenance, and support. They participate in the planning and implementation of projects, conducting research as needed, and take part in the management and monitoring of firewalls, switches, servers, storage, workstations, website, and other related systems.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Business Analyst
Defining, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, procedures, problems and leading joint design efforts to offer a new solution or value proposition to customers, automate processing or to improve existing business processes and associated information systems. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for defining the appropriate methodologies and best practices for performing business analysis and design in the support of core organizational functions and business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of file sharing and collaboration platforms.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Database Administartor
To assign and track tickets and change requests for service delivery. (1.) To monitor and track tickets/change requests and manage SLAs. (2.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To work towards continuous improvement and perform root cause analysis on an ongoing basis.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
